Cookie and I had an awesome weekend this past weekend in Calgary. He did our final agility trial before the baby comes. You will all just have to wait until I am able to collect all the "stuff" I want for my blog :-) I was really excited to find out that Shannon taped a couple of our runs so I will have video to post! They also had a costume contest... I'm trying to figure out who took the pics at the trial. So if anyone knows please let me know so I can hook up with them.
For now you are all just going to have to be satisfied with the post from the Coffee with a Canine Blog. I submitted this a while back and it was just posted. Obviously Dan isn't doing too much golfing these days! Enjoy...
Coffee with a Munsterlander!!
Welcome to my blog! You're probably wondering why Munster Madness?? On Halloween 2008 I "accidentally" ended up with a Small Munsterlander! I could never have imagined how much that would change my life. I have always had a dog in my life (most of the time multiple dogs). Yet I have never had a dog as crazy and unique as Cookie Munster. This blog will be about the adventures that we share together.

Fall Fun Match
Fall is by far my favourite time of the year. I just love the cool mornings, warm afternoons and the colours!! I would have to say the colours are my favourite... there is just something about fall pictures that I love. Even though fall leads to winter (yuck) I look forward to the season every year.
Last Sunday Go Dog Go held a fall fun match. Being that it was on a Sunday Cookie and I were able to attend. It was our first fun match and I really enjoyed it! It was fun to get out and to do some full agility courses without feeling like we were under the pressure of a trial. I've really struggled with Cookie this summer training outdoors. I'm not sure if it's all the smells at the new training field or if he's just extra naughty! Many classes I left totally discouraged because he spent the entire lesson running away doing his own thing. So, it was nice to end the summer sessions on a positive note at the field. For the most part he stuck with me during the fun match. When he did decide to spend some time sniffing he came back quickly. I also enjoyed having lunch with the group afterwards. There are lots of awesome people in the group and it had been awhile since I saw some of them. It was nice to catch up!
When Amanda brought out her camera I couldn't resist asking her if she would take a couple quick fall photos of the Munster. He maybe naughty but he's so cute! I think he looks so handsome with the fall colours behind him. Thanks for the photos Amanda! I love them...
